I use to run 5-6 days a week – not seeing the change I wanted. I found Wellness Lab and the ARX machines. After working out with this new technology one day a week for 3 1/2 months, the change came. Being a woman in her mid-fifties and seeing muscle tone and feeling stronger keeps me coming back. I’m addicted I travel from Mount Prospect to Bucktown for this workout and staff.

I always had issues putting on muscle mass before I started using ARX. I tried EVERYTHING from crazy workouts, to eating nonstop. Also spent a lot of money on supplements that never worked. Not only did the Wellness Lab show me how to exercise properly using the power of eccentric training, but they connected me with a great nutritionist that gave me guidelines to my diet. I’ve already put on 5 lbs of muscle mass in 8 weeks and it shows!

I work in the city and live in the suburbs, so working out before or after work has always been a challenge. They have a perfect location in Bucktown where I can take the Blue Line from downtown to the Western Station, get a quick 30 minute workout in, and jump on the Metra train home at the Clybourn station. Plus it’s only once or twice a week which makes it more realistic.

I love Wellness Lab and the ARX machine. I will say I was skeptical at first – however after my first sessions I began to experience increases in strength that I have not had in a long time. This machine is something that needs to be experienced first hand to truly understand the impact it can have. In a short time training here my grip strength has gone from ~110psi to over 140 which are objective results that I would not have dreamed of – but I am definitely pleased with. I plan on adding Wellness Lab to my weekly training regimen for the foreseeable future and will continue to tell everyone I know to do so as well.
